We STRONGLY encourage all of our guests to book your trips through our travel agent. Laura at Viking Travel will be managing the entire process for us. Your all-inclusive trip will include your air fare, your transportation to and from the Cancun airport, your room at the Playacar Palace, all of your meals, drinks and gratuities.
Some of you may be thinking you can get a better deal on your own through Expedia or Travelocity. The answer is you won't, all you're setting yourself up for is problems down in Mexico...and worries for the bride and groom. Viking Travel has a guarantee, if you find a better deal online, simply send Laura a "print screen" and she will match it. It must be from the current day, not a deal you saw last week.
